Pretty solid unaged release and the price tag is really good. =============== #5091 Saturday 24.01.2025 - 26.01.2025 A nice weekend in my sisters summerhouse with old friends and colleagues tasting a lot of rums. I can only recommend like we did, no phones allowed and then only music in the background 😊 Colour Transparent. Nose Fresh, light vegetal, light herbal, faint olive, light mint, light citrus. Palate Fresh, round, light vegetal, faint roasted, citrus, light olive, faint salty, light caramel, cardamom. Finish Medium long, round, light roasted, light olive, light salty, light caramel, herbal. Empty glass Herbs, light caramel, citrus, light manto, light cardamom.

Great Agricole from Rhum J.M here, I love them. The nose is fresh and fruity. Grass and sugarcane are recognizable. On the palate also sugarcane, otherwise it is floral and grassy, Agricole and olive are noticeable.

Oily and fine bubbles in the glass. A beautiful rhum agricole. Inviting nose and very good taste. Can also be drunk neat. As a Ti Punch, it also has a light mineral note.

Nose The first nose gently moves towards scents of cane flower, honey and lime. When swirled, generous vegetal notes, characteristic of the JM terroir, soften these first honeyed notes. The nose now focuses on the cane and is adorned with scents of white pepper and anise which, in touches, enhance natural freshness and power. Palate The tasting is faithful to the aromas perceived on the nose. It oscillates between power and smoothness: the notes of white pepper rub against those of honey which generously coats the palate. The balance is worked and harmonious, gradually giving way to the fine aniseed flavors dear to JM white rum. Finish The finish extends on the roundness of generous honeyed notes and is completed by delicate floral flavors: a jewel!
