19.04.2019 Meeting up with some old colleagues at this wonderful hotel. Notes Medium dark to dark in colour. Nose Wood, light roasted, floral, banana, spices, faint apple. Palate Wood, naturally sweet, floral, spices, medium dry, light medicinal, light mint. Finish Medium to long, wood, medium dry, light mint, iodine, tannins.

More on the briny/olives/herbal side again, somedark chocolate but otherwise rather fresh/minty. Short - medium finish.
