Nez sur des notes sucrées florales, ju de canne . La bouche est sur une attaque assez dure épicée poivre , un peu brûlante. Le feu se calme progressivement , arrive un côté floral/pâtissier. Finale moyenne sur une eau de vie quetsches-mirabelles.
