Rhum Tasted blind, on the nose I thought it was a pur jus, perhaps an agricole, dominated by sugar cane, citrus and pepper. On the palate, I had to revise my analysis, as it was very different from the nose, with a saline, briny/iodized side and a rather pungent pepperiness. On the finish, the sugar cane and sweetness return.

Running a few samples after a 10 km walk with my wife. Listening to some nice Trance on Spotify while my wife fell asleep during her stretching exercises. A cheap mixer that can also be enjoyed neat. A vegetal rum with nice fruits, sugarcane, spice and a light floral touch.
