A great unaged white rum. Very fresh and fruity and very well balanced. The alcohol is very well integrated. Wonderful complexity and variety of aromas. Long finish without any off-notes. I am curious to see how aged rums from this distillery will turn out. Highly recommended.

High-Ester trifft auf pflanzlich-salzige Aromen - ein insgesamt recht trockener Rum trotz oder gerade wegen der zu erwartenden Fruchtester. Gefällt dank seiner Ausgewogenheit und dem ansprechenden Zusammenspiel von tropischen Früchten, Oliven und pflanzliche Tönen.

Overall, quite solid galion but not as intense and long-lasting funky as the Finedrams galion. Has rather very green tones of green melon, green grape, unripe pineapple, some parmesan and green olives and just discreetly this salty meaty umami with minimal smoke and cumin? In daiquiri quite nice but not as good as the Finedrams 🤷🏼♂️
