Best enjoyed chilled, otherwise it's way too sweet. Still pleasant as a digestif though. The lemon-ginger combo works well. The acidity is largely masked by the sugar but it's still nice.

Brutally sweet, but I expected that. Nice dessert after lunch - vanilla, spices and coffee.
