"For a Ti Punch is good" pretty much sums it up. This is a light, no-frills Martinique blanc: fresh sugarcane, pink grapefruit, olives and capers, a little cherry, with a dry, slightly floral finish. Several tasters find it too light to sip seriously, but the 40% suits it and it plays nicely in ti punch or rhum arrangé.

Destillerie Trois Rivières Distillery Martinique September 2026. Führungen gab es heute keine, daher musste man die Destille auf eigene Faust erkunden, konnte aber im Shop noch ein paar Rums verkosten. Ganz okay.

#6366 19.02.2026 Relaxing with a few samples while watching Body Cam on HBO Max. This is an OK sipper, but it is meant for mixing. Kind of light with sugarcane and som herbs and vegetal notes. This is probably a rum most people can drink as is.

Closed nose. Floral and lemony. On the palate it's very light too but not unpleasant. It's relatively dry, low sugar, but in the same line as the nose. Pleasant finish. I prefer it in ti punch but overall it's a rum too light for me that doesn't develop enough aromas but well, you'll tell me all that is quite logical in this price range. So for a ti punch on a tight budget it works.

Everything I demand from Agricole - without an extra 10% volume. I really like this aroma. Smell: Fruits, pink grapefruit, cherries, capers, bananas, cane, guava, olives, dried flowers, earthy. Taste: Sweet, fruity, cane, herbs, radish, cherries, spiciness, tart yellow apple, grape seeds, guava, grapefruit, white pepper. Finish: Astringent, dry, floral, long.

I find a lot of sugarcane aroma, I’m currently trying it in arranged rum. Because in my opinion there’s not much point in drinking it neat. Works well in ti punch too.

This is a very basic blanc rhum but value for money is excellent ... Nosing Acetone,olives,capers , cherry's, grass Tasting The after taste of this is excellent for an Agricole, most leave the grassy notes on the tongue but this leaves little after burn ... Olives,oranges , cinnamon This is also 40% and wow it suits it
